WEBSITE REFRESH
Refresh an existing small-business website
Improve clarity, mobile usability, customer actions and search foundations without assuming the only answer is a complete rebuild.
We first identify what already works, what is fragile and what a change could affect.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
A useful customer path—not just a prettier page.
Content inventory
Existing pages, search entry points, forms and business-critical information are reviewed before anything is removed.
Priority-page rewrite
The pages most connected to customer decisions get clearer positioning, structure and actions.
Mobile improvements
Navigation, reading width, controls, images and forms are reviewed at practical phone sizes.
Search preservation
Current URLs, canonicals, redirects, metadata and sitemap changes are planned to reduce avoidable migration damage.
Form and link testing
Important calls, forms, booking links, downloads and confirmation states are checked before release.
Scoped launch
The written plan states whether work is a page update, theme refresh, platform migration or complete replacement.
THE PROCESS
Small steps with visible review points.
- 01
Map the customer action
We identify the call, form, booking, quote or other action the page must make easier.
- 02
Confirm the facts
You approve the services, service area, contact details, images and claims before they are presented as business information.
- 03
Review the build
You receive a review link and check the mobile layout, wording, links and conversion path before publication.
- 04
Publish and verify
After approval, we publish the agreed pages, test the important actions and document the delivered scope.
PROOF, NOT PROMISES
A redesign can damage a working acquisition path.
Before changing URLs or removing content, we look for pages that already receive search visits, referral traffic or customer use. A cleaner design is not a success if important paths disappear.
When analytics or Search Console evidence is unavailable, that limitation is documented and the migration plan stays conservative.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Know the limits before work starts.
Do we need to replace the current platform?
Not automatically. We compare the current platform's limitations with the requested outcome. A contained content and layout update may be safer and less expensive.
Will our current Google positions be preserved?
No provider can guarantee that, especially during a migration. Preserving useful URLs, using appropriate redirects and maintaining relevant content reduces avoidable risk.
Can the refresh be done in stages?
Yes. High-value pages and customer actions can be prioritized, with later work separated into additional milestones.
What access will you need?
That depends on the platform and scope. We ask for the minimum required access and agree on a safe method rather than requesting passwords through an ordinary form or email.

START WITH ONE DECISION
What should a customer be able to do next?
Share the business, service area and outcome you want. We’ll recommend the smallest useful scope and explain what would remain outside it.
