PLAIN-LANGUAGE SERVICE TERMS

Terms of service

LocalBiz.website is a service brand of CSLM LLC. These terms apply to custom website, maintenance, local marketing, lead-generation setup and search-optimization services purchased through an approved proposal, project scope or invoice.

Project scope

Each project is defined by its written scope and invoice. The scope identifies the deliverables, price, expected timing and any ongoing service period. Work outside that scope requires written approval and may require a separate invoice.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and content you have the right to use. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, private customer lists or other sensitive information unless we have agreed on a secure transfer method.

Payment

Invoices are issued in US dollars and are normally due within seven days unless the invoice says otherwise. We do not automatically charge or renew a service unless you separately authorize it. Work may pause while an invoice is overdue.

Deliverables and rights

After full payment, you may use the completed custom deliverables for your business as described in the project scope. Third-party fonts, images, software, domains and platform services remain subject to their own licenses and terms. CSLM LLC keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, reusable components and internal tools.

Marketing results

Search visibility, advertising, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control. We provide the agreed work and practical recommendations, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

Changes and cancellation

Either party may request a scope change or stop future work in writing. Amounts already earned for completed work and approved third-party costs remain due. Refund eligibility is described in our refund and cancellation policy.
