Optional website analytics
LocalBiz.website uses Google Analytics consent mode. Before you make a choice, or when you decline, the Google tag may send limited cookieless measurement signals so CSLM can verify that measurement is working; analytics cookies remain denied. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, engagement and device categories. We do not intentionally send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or quote-request contents to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data and Google signals are disabled in the website configuration. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through Analytics choices.
First-party visit and click security records
Separately from optional Google Analytics, LocalBiz.website records page visits and clicks in our restricted first-party database. These records include the page path, click destination without query strings, referring site and path without query strings, selected campaign labels, a random per-tab session reference, submission time, hosting-provider-supplied IP address, a protected IP hash and browser information. This logging does not depend on Google Analytics consent and is used to understand traffic, diagnose the site, review abuse and enforce IP blocks. We do not record keystrokes, form-field values, passwords, payment-card details or unrelated browsing history in activity records.
Automated requests, repeat visits and link scanners may be included, so event totals are not unique people. Activity records and IP blocks are restricted to authorized CSLM administration and retained until reviewed for removal; automatic deletion is not currently configured. An IP address does not establish identity.
Lead-review requests
The Get More Leads form stores the business and contact information you submit so CSLM can review and respond to your service request. Optional marketing permission is recorded separately and is not required. To limit form abuse, we record every submission attempt, including invalid, rejected, blocked and rate-limited attempts. The audit record contains the form type, outcome, time, source path, hosting-provider-supplied IP address, protected IP hash and browser information, but not invalid form-field contents. The accepted lead record stores the information you submit. We permit no more than three successful submissions from a network per UTC day.
The example page
The fictional example validates a form but does not store the submitted details, email a business, or create a customer record. Use made-up details when trying it.
J&J Custom Remodeling quote requests
The live quote form saves your name, email, optional phone, ZIP code, selected service, project description, consent version, submission time and a random request reference in our restricted database before attempting an email notification to J&J Custom Remodeling. It also records your hosting-provider-supplied IP address, browser information and the business page path to investigate abuse and recover requests when notification fails. An IP address does not establish identity. We do not record unrelated browsing history, cookies, payment details or hidden form fields.
Your submitted contact and project details may be forwarded to the designated business inbox through our transactional email provider when configured. IP and browser information are kept for administration, not included in that notification. The confirmation distinguishes a saved request from a notification accepted by an email provider; provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. If email is unavailable, your saved request remains available to authorized CSLM administration for follow-up. Call the business if you need an urgent response.
These requests are not public and do not subscribe you to marketing. Quote records are retained for request handling and delivery troubleshooting until reviewed for removal by CSLM administration; automatic deletion is not currently configured. Contact support@localbiz.website to request access, correction or removal. Do not include sensitive personal or payment information. Rejected attempts are not saved as quote requests, but their limited submission-audit metadata, IP address and browser information are recorded for abuse review.
Business contact research
CSLM stores public business contact details, directory source links and research notes privately to evaluate potential business-page customers. A directory listing is not consent to marketing. Contact imports cannot remove an opt-out. No automated marketing sender is enabled.
Unsubscribe requests
We retain your email, opt-out timestamp and source in a restricted suppression list so future marketing through this system can be blocked. No account or extra personal information is required. Suppression records should not be removed in routine campaign cleanup.

Nextdoor link counts
Our /go/nextdoor link keeps a separate aggregate-friendly redirect record with a random event ID, timestamp, fixed destination, general campaign label and coarse automated-request classification before forwarding you to CSLM LLC on Nextdoor. That redirect record does not contain an email or IP address. The site-wide first-party activity record described above can separately record the visit and click, including IP address, protected IP hash, page path and a destination without query strings. We do not use email-open pixels.
Reports cover the last 90 days. Older records are removed in bounded batches as the link is used, so cleanup can take longer during periods of low traffic. Repeated visits and automated email security checks can affect the totals; these are request counts, not a count of unique people. Individual click records and reports are restricted to CSLM administration.
We do not put form values or email addresses into preview image URLs or forward campaign parameters to Nextdoor.
